On the Part Quality, Process Parameters and In-Die Pressures in Indirect Squeeze Casting

Squeeze casting is a process that can produce the highest quality castings. In current study, effect of settings and in-die conditions on rejection rates studied through full-scale experimental study. Factors affecting as-cast part were investigated in study from two different viewpoints. The first was to investigate influence rate, second understand die effects rate better reasons sensitivity squeeze process.
